After being sworn in as a lawyer in 2011, I specialized in employment law, where I can assist both employers and employees, and in private construction law.
I also advise entrepreneurs on various issues. As an entrepreneur, one deals with many types of contracts; examples are shareholder agreements, management agreements, contracts with suppliers, service agreements (e.g., with a freelancer), lease/purchase agreements, and perhaps even construction contracts. I advise the client and assist them in court and the court of appeal, but also, for example, at the Arbitration Board for construction disputes.
